Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all components are placed back in their original packaging; for large building kits, items must be securely strapped to the original pallet to prevent damage during transit.

  Scheduled Collection

  Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for the freight pickup of your return from your property.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in new condition, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees.
